Standard Delivery

Product lead-times vary; however most products take 2-7 working days. Seating that is upholstered in a fabric of your choice will take longer (generally around 5-10 days) but please enquire for a more accurate lead-time. 

Free Local delivery on all products

All deliveries to Birmingham and local surrounding areas are delivered free of charge on the basis of ground floor and easy access.

Additional Carriage Charges & 'extreme' postcodes

A delivery charge of £45 per delivery in the West Midlands area.

Most mainland UK areas outside the West Midlands will incur a delivery charge, for all these areas please call for price. 

Orders over £2000 are free of charge.


For orders over a certain amount, the following areas could be considered (please ring for details):

Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Ireland and anywhere classed as an 'extreme location'

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8.30am-5.00pm (excluding bank holidays). All goods require a signature on delivery.

Damages, Cancellations & Returns

We want all our customers to be satisfied with the quality of our goods and service. We pride ourselves in delivering quality products at the best prices. If you are dissatisfied with our service or goods for any reason, please contact customer services by clicking on contact us.

Discrepancies & Damages

Any claim by you which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to correspond with the specification shall be notified to us immediately upon delivery or within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect. GW Office Furniture Ltd shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the goods).


Your orders are dealt with extremely quickly, so cancellations should be requested as soon as possible after placing the order.  Returns are accepted if damaged or faulty.  Please contact our Sales team by clicking on contact us or calling 0121 772 6969. Goods to be returned (due to damage or fault) will be collected by us or our agents. For items cancelled or returned when orders were placed in error or not wanted GW Office Furniture Ltd reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 25% of the value of the goods, this will be deducted from any refund given. Goods to be returned are to be kept safe and secure until such time as they are collected by us. Any damage to the Goods will be deducted from any refund given in addition to the minimum handling fee (if applicable) referred to above. We will refund the price of the Goods (if a refund is applicable) to you less any deductions once the Goods have been examined and within 30 days of their collection from you by GW Office Furniture Ltd.



Please contact us as this ensures your returns will be dealt with promptly. All returns must be accompanied by a description of the fault and invoice/receipt/proof of purchase.  Photo evidence must be provided.  Any items found to be not faulty will be returned to you and will be chargeable.

Please remember:

  • Always speak to us before returning goods.
  • Goods must always be returned COMPLETE in original packaging and in the same condition as sent.
  • If your product is "not suitable" it must be reported within 24 hours and an additional surcharge will need to be paid for prior to collection.
